Breakfast-buffet: 7:30 - 10:30 o'cklock; GMO-free, biological, full-fledged, hearty! Many high-quality specialities from the organic farm: - Freshly baked rye bread, a tasty white bread, fresh baked spelled roll. - Farm butter, cottage cheese, alp cheese, spicy cheese, mozarella,    wild-garlic cheese - with best organic ingredients from the Carinthian nature!    "Wellness-yogurt" and spicy garilc-herb cheese from organic farm! - Spiced ham and spicy beef salami,  wild honey, some homemade jams, nuts,   grains, "squeezing yourself", for your cereal and eggs from our "happy hens"! - fresh, GMIO-free milk, coffee, even decaffeinated coffee, cocoa, natural organic   apple juice and a sweet-smelling mountain herb tea - freshly picked mix for your health!

Afternoon-buffet: 12:30 - 16:00 o'clock - In price included - 2 days per week. - Light organic delicacies, homemade pastries, milk, coffe, cocoa. - Picking berries, strawberries, cherries - bake tasty cakes and eat them! Organic drinks from the farm!  - Kerschdorfer court-cider (fermented apple wine) - Kerschdorfer court-apple juice, wholesome, sweet and natural, healthy,   from our own organic orchard! (own cider press) - Refreshing spring water! - Fresh milk from the organic farm.
Organic farm, spa - Salad buffet: 18:00 o'clock - Full-fledged salads,fresh fruits and vegetables from our own   cottage garden - Native, cold-pressed oils - Homemade apple vinegar - Organic wild-herbs and wild-vegetables from the mountains! Evening - nature - buffet: 17:30 - 19:30 o'clock - Fine soup or appetizer! - Select between a wholesome, tasty meat dish (beef, veal or pork)   from the organic farm and a sophisticated vegetarian dish - Variety of side dishes - Delicious dessert - Austrian food with high quality products from the organic farm,   GMO-free and the best ingredients from nature - Tastes even children! We use natural rock salt from Hallein for your health, because "wellness begins with healthy food!"
