Price for accomodiation per night for 2 persons

The price includes:
Electricity, water, heating, bed linen, dishtowels, hand- and bathtowels;
option for washing and ironing; vacuum cleaner for hire;
hand and bath towels for use of wellness area.

Registration: We will have a request for prepayment (Euro 300,--) after commitment.
In case of late arrival or early departure, we may charge a fee of 90% of the daily rate.
Methods of payment: cash, bank transfer.
We have to adjust our prices if inflation in Austria until the summer of 2012 is more than 5%. |

5 weeks before arrival:
no cancellation fee, your prepayment will be credited in full for your next holiday.
(If desired we will refund the deposit, but have a processing fee of Euro 50,--.)
5 weeks to 1 week before arrival:
33% of holiday price will be charged.
In case of cancellation in the last week before arrival:
66% of holiday price will be charged. |
